The choice of an ERP like SAP has allowed Unox to extend its business all over the world, not only because it is able to meet the most important needs of the countries where it is implemented, but also because its widespread use facilitates the search for personnel already trained in its application. KEY POINTS AND IMPLEMENTATION
Unox, like many Italian companies pre-crisis, had to make the choice of globalization that has allowed it over the years to grow continuously, in parallel there was also the need for an IT platform that would allow it to make this leap in quality, so this was not in order to choose a product, but rather to choose a solution: SAP. In addition to this, Unox also had to choose a roll-out model to be adopted in the various implementations together with a trusted partner: Fore.
