The change in the economic environment that has characterized the last 4 years has forced VISA, as a fundamental element in the supply chain of its customers, to adapt to the sudden changes in strategy imposed by the international market. For this reason VISA has had to consolidate and critically review its business model.
In order to efficiently manage the operational streams of VISA and its subsidiaries, a major revision of the management control model of the business line had to be carried out. For this reason, in only a few weeks it was decided to incorporate a third party company (VISA RENT) into VISA’s core processes.
