16 Jan Merger by incorporation into CON.SE. S.r.l.: information and new company data

We would like to inform all our stakeholders that, effective December 31 2025, the merger of GPA S.p.A. and Phoenix Technology S.r.l. into CON.SE. S.r.l. has been completed.

This transaction represents an internal organizational evolution aimed at streamlining our Group’s processes. Effective January 1 2026, CON.SE. S.r.l. will take over all ongoing commercial and contractual relationships, which will continue uninterrupted.

What changes for customers and partners?

From an operational perspective and in terms of the services offered, there are no changes: the usual contact persons and the methods of providing services remain unchanged. Effective January 1, 2026, all tax and accounting documents (including invoices) must be addressed exclusively to CON.SE. Ltd.

Pursuant to applicable law, CON.SE. S.r.l. also takes over ownership of the personal data already processed by the

merged companies, maintaining the purposes and methods of processing unchanged.

This development marks a step forward in our Group’s consolidation, allowing us to address market challenges with a more integrated structure, ready to better support our partners and customers.
