The GPA Group Companies encourage and foster a culture inspired by legality, ethics and transparency.

To this end, CONSE and PHOENIX have decided to each establish their own IT platform to give the members of their corporate bodies, their employees, collaborators but also external parties the opportunity to report any irregularities of which they become aware and which could cause prejudice or damage to the Companies or third parties.

All reports will be treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality to protect the person reporting from any risk of suffering retaliatory or discriminatory acts in their work context.

Furthermore, the personal data acquired will be processed in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Privacy Code.

CERTIFICATION

GPA Group constantly maintains and implements the certificates of the Quality Management Systems, for the Management of Information Security by extending the certification perimeter, to provide and guarantee managed hosting solutions in outsourcing.
